Assam Tea & Wildlife Safari
Assam Tea and Wildlife Safari is a 5-day adventure through India’s wild northeast. Go on a thrilling jeep safari in Kaziranga National Park — home to two-thirds of the world’s one-horned rhinoceros population. Cruise the mighty Brahmaputra River at sunset, visit the world’s largest river island Majuli, and walk through endless Assam tea gardens where some of the world’s finest tea is grown.
Assam is a land of incredible biodiversity, ancient Ahom heritage, and warm Assamese hospitality. The state’s vibrant Bihu festivals, silk weaving traditions (Muga silk is exclusive to Assam), and the flavors of Assamese cuisine — from masor tenga (sour fish curry) to pitha (rice cakes) — create a cultural experience unlike anywhere else in India.
